It can cause you to not talk to people anymore and this can lead to depression and even worse suicide. Stress can be just as dangerous to your health as smoking and drinking, but we all know that they are far worse.
When you have a stressful situation it can actually change your body and your immune system. It can literally leave you sick and tired, with more aches and pains than you thought possible. The reason that you feel tired and sick is that it causes your immune system to weaken, which will lead to a lot of sicknesses, infections and diseases. The best way to avoid this is to get plenty of sleep. Not only will you feel better but you will also live a healthier life.
The second thing that you can do to cope with stressful situations is to get a massage and use aromatherapy. Aromatherapy works to calm and relax the body so that you can get rid of the stress. Using scents like lavender and rose are great for this because these are known to calm the nerves and help you get some relief from stress.
The third way to cope with stressful situations is by doing exercise. It may seem like an odd idea, but exercise is known to help you relax.
