I think he has been dumping his Steem and TROn for months now. It looks like he’s on the run.
Especially since Dec 2021 when he announced his resignation from Tron
And Tron dumps ….
Yeah, I noticed it has been gradually moving higher again. I hope it holds.
I don't think it has exactly become decentralized, but it certainly seems more community driven than it has been. And there has been some development initiatives starting up from independent developers; someone is even building a Defi platform.
