Some Advices to Improve the Slow Queries (Recent Steemit Crash Incidence)

The recent downtime of SteemIt UI (Condenser) is due to two slow APIs that impacted the hivemind server. According to @ety001

Currently, the service has resumed normal (it seems, but sometimes page takes time to load), but this is not the first time that the steemit site is down due to the same reason.

Here are a few suggestions that we can try:

1. seek ways to improve the efficiency of those two queries e.g. add proper caching/indices
2. isolate the APIs to not to impact the whole sites
3. seek alternatives to replace the slow APIs (deprecate them)
4. upgrade hardware (e.g. SSD/NVme)
