Two Months ago, someone sent me an email asking for publication on steemit.com for a $100 fee.

Apparently, he/she didn't do research on the platform. He/she could just registers an account on steemyy and publish it.

Of course, the post needs to be voted more than $10 to make the links DO-FOLLOW.
