Keychain is a recommended Open source Steem Wallet for Chrome/Edge. You can fork a copy locally: https://github.com/DoctorLai/steem-keychain and install on your local browser.
Alternatively (although not recommended), is to install from Chrome webstore - because the extension may be injected with malicious code (although the chances are small).

Press the Send button will invoke your local steem keychain wallet to broadcast the transaction. Don't worry, you can check and confirm that the transaction before you send to swap. Make sure the memo is your target wallet address that you expect to receive the coins.
