Rent SP: If you send a payment before current delegation expires...

If your current SP lease hasn't expired but you send another payment to start a new lease, then things may not work as expected.

So, here is what happens:

  1. @xiaobao's previous delegation was expected to expire at 2024-09-08 06:00:00
  2. He sent a new payment at 2024-09-08 01:09:42 which is before the expiry date (see above)
  3. Ideally, this should cancel the previous delegation but somehow there was a bug.

What actually happened is that: the new delegation was given, but when the timestamp passed 2024-09-08 06:00:00, the delegation was cancelled. Because on steem blockchain, you can only have one delegation at the same time.

I've manually delegate to @xiaobao to fix this issue.
