Justin Sun just had a major announcement yet again and STEEM was nowhere to be found

This is becoming a trend as of late when he mentions coins in the Tron ecosystem, he continues to leave out STEEM, why is that?
Anyone have any guesses?
He initially mentioned STEEM relating to justswap and the defi partnership, but since that time there has been no inclusion of STEEM on any of his tweets or on the justswap platform itself.
Also, it looks like he posted the details of today's major announcement on Medium.

Like everyone else Justin Sun is just milking Steem Curation rewards ..... a money making machine. Even Old Hive whales are doing it.

Anyone can just click on the reward of a Trending post and see the long list of Hive whales collecting massive Steem in Curation. Everyone knows who is doing it. Some Hive whales are making 5,000 Steem a week on Steemit. Hive whales with millions in Steem delegation. From whom ? I wonder.
I'm looking at the posts and don't know who you are refering to. Upvu is a defi project of sorts where people delegate and get upvotes in return. Who are you referring to specifically? I don't see anyone on there making 5k steem a week, xeldal is the only one that comes close.

I have no idea.... it’s all very mysterious. I see Hive whales going on and on about dumping Steem while they quietly earn massive amounts of Steem from Curation on Steemit.
I don't see it. The two largest delegators to upmewhale are unknown accounts. One says based in Cayman islands the other a financial company in Puerto Rico.
