In this way, Afghanistan scored 325 runs for losing just 7 wickets in the stipulated 50 overs and set a target of 326 runs for England.

England also started the inning not very well, Joe Root played a very brilliant powerful century inning of 120 runs with the help of 1 six and 11 boundaries in just 111 balls, Ben Duckett scored 38 runs in 45 balls, Jos Buttler 38 runs in 42 balls, Jamie Overton 32 runs in 28 balls, Harry Brook 25 runs in 21 balls, apart from this, no batsman could play well and stay in the crease, Philip Salt dismissed just for 12 runs in 13 balls, Jamie Smith 9 runs in 13 balls, Liam Livingstone 10 runs in 8 balls, Jofra Archer 14 runs in 8 balls, Adil Rashid 5 runs in 7 balls, and Mark Wood was remains unbeaten for 2 runs in 3 balls. In this way, the entire team all-out just for 217 runs in 49.5 overs and lost the match by 8 runs.
