A reward for a job well done!

Running or even walking is a nice way of doing cardio vascular exercise. Spending atleast 30 mins a day if possible really be a good way to reduce stress, maintain a healthy lifestyle and reduce someones weight.
I have started my journey into this habit when I had my arm injuries which prevented me from playing tennis, so to atleast move I have started walking, at first at a 20 minutes per kilometer pace then after a few walks I have started doing 15 minutes per kilometer brisk walking right now I am doing 10 minutes per kilometer combined walking and jogging. I often do this activity when I am in Alcoy as I have a better idea of the terrain and I can better calculate how many hours I can allocate for the day.

Recently I was so happy that I was able to finish my 75 kilometers run on the commitment I promised on our group here in the Philippines. I am promoting this activity as this gives you a healthy mind and body plus it is not so demanding financially. Please join us on our journey to fitness.
