Adobong Pusit for Lunch!
•Adobong Pusit is a tasty squid dish cooked using the popular Filipino adobo method.

•I like this dish because of its rich flavor, any squid will do for this recipe... However, small or medium size of squid are highly recommended because they are more flavorful compared to the large size.
•Adobong Pusit is yet another Filipino adobo that is well loved.

INGREDIENTS:
•Garlic
•Onion
•Tomatoes
•Long chili green
•Spring Onions

•Seasoning (Magic Sarap)
•Ground Black pepper
•Oyster sauce
•Vinegar (not in the picture)
•Salt to taste(not in the picture)
•Laurel Leaves
•Sangki

•And of course our main Ingredients for this recipe the SQUID
•I just bought a ½ kilo for only 80 pesos.

•Heat the pan, add cooking oil
•Saute the garlic, onion, and tomatoes
•Continue stirring until becomes aromatic

•Add the Squid and mix slowly.

•Add the spices; seasoning, ground black pepper, oyster sauce, laurel leaves, sangki, long chili green, salt and the vinegar

•Since this is a squid dish make sure that you don't cooke the squid longer than the indicated time to preserve the tender texture.
