Our lunch for today!
- This time i am cooking a seashell (aninikad type of shell) It's soup is really good as well as the shell itself. The aroma is really good because of the ingredients/ spices I've been used!
•This was very tasty and aromatic when there is lemongrass in it, sadly i forgot to buy lemongrass in the market.
*INGREDIENTS:
•ONION
•GARLIC
•SPRING ONION
•LONG CHILI GREEN
•TOMATOES
•SALT TO TASTE
- Our Main Ingredient:
The SIKAD- ANINIKAD(SEA SHELL)
*I bought this for only 40 pesos.
•Aninikad(Sea Shell) They’re rich in lean protein, healthy fats, and minerals. Regularly eating shellfish may boost your immunity, aid weight loss, and promote brain and heart health.
*However, sea shell are one of the most common food allergens, and some types may contain contaminants and heavy metals.
*Heat oil in a pan, saute the onion, garlic, tomatoes,and the chili green.
*Continue sauteing until the tomatoes becomes half cooked.
*After a few minutes,put the aninikad or the sea shell..mix well until will combine.
*Cover for atleast 5 mins then add the water.
*When the water is boiling, add the salt and the spring onions, then taste it.
*Ready to Eat!
