I was in a US bar last night, and the story was running regularly on a MSM station. They said "cause is still unknown" and a person at the bar called out "I know what the cause was!" No one else spoke.

Oh, he faked the heart attacks, collapse, stay in ICU, ventilator etc? That's possible.
Yes, it has been all over the news. A little bit hard to hide something that happened in front of a record number of viewers! Almost 10% of Americans watched it happen live. It would be like trying to hide the 9/11 attacks.
But yeah, the whole thing could have been staged. "Take a fall after your first major tackle in the first quarter, and play dead. We'll take it from there."
Its all faked, the game outcomes, the high profile heart attacks...this is a show
To normalize sudden deaths from heart attacks. To arm anyone who would argue with details they can state whenever someone dies suddenly.
