Skyvin Lounge at Rimakvin

Hi again, Today I am going to write about a restaurant review. There are a limited number of good restaurants in our area. I have already tried most of them now. Some of the famous restaurants in Ambalangoda are Amco, Ozone, Sanekwin, Kokiya, Monello, and a few more.

But recently we heard about a new restaurant in a famous hotel in the Ambalangoda area and we wanted to try that restaurant also. Since we were busy for quite some time we couldn't visit the restaurant. Fortunately, last week we got the opportunity to go there.

It's Skyvin Lounge at Rimakvin. I hope you already know about the Rimkvin Hotel if you're near the Ambalangoda, Hikkaduwa area. It's one of the famous hotels for functions because of the arrangement of its reception halls. And also it's near the River and that gives more attraction to the hotel.

Recently they open their new restaurant and it was on their rooftop. If you look closer at the photos, you can see the true beauty of the restaurant can be seen only at night.

we have visited the restaurant two times in the daytime and nighttime. In the daytime, it's just a simple restaurant type we can see in many normal restaurants. But at night, the restaurant is truly attractive.

And also, they use this restaurant for different kinds of functions, parties too. We could see a photo shoot on the day we visited the restaurant also.

Talking about the food, the menu list is the same as other restaurants and they have a wide variety of foods for a reasonable price. The special point of the restaurants in the Ambalangoda area is they still provide two-portion meals under the 5000 Lkr limit. So if you have a family gathering or any party, I can definitely recommend this place and it's worth the price.

The only cons of this restaurant is it's located a bit far away from the main road. So you have to use your own vehicle or a taxi to come to this restaurant. Other than that, Skyvin Lounge at Rimakvin is a Prefect restaurant to try out.
