Assalamu Alaikum. Hope everyone is well. Today I will share the recipe of horn fish soup with you. Let's start.
Cooking essentials
1/5 horn fish
2/ Amount of salt
3/ cooking oil
4/ Some amount of Jhal Bata
5/ garlic + mustard + cumin batter
6/ page
7/ Coriander powder
8/ A small amount of ginger
9/ Yellow
First I cut the horn fish well, wash and clean. After that, salt and turmeric are applied to the fish and left like this for 5 to 10 minutes.
After keeping the fish for 5 to 10 minutes, I put the pan on the pan and pour oil in it. After pouring the oil, when the oil gets hot, add all these fishes and fry them well.
Once the fishes are fried, I take them out. Then add oil to fry again. After adding oil, all the spices that were for cooking are poured into the pan. Now with a stick I keep stirring them well until the masalas get a nice color.
After the spices get a good color, now I put my fried horn fish inside the pan. Now I keep stirring them well with the masalas with a stick. So that the spices mix well with the fish. I kept moving like this for about 4 minutes.
After the masala is well mixed with the fishes, I pour water into the pan. So that fish broth can be made. After pouring the water in this way for about 7 to 8 minutes, I keep netting again. And after meshing like this, my horn fish soup curry is completely ready.
After the horn fish broth curry is fully prepared. Now I pour them into a container from the hard.
After pouring it into the pot, I took this picture of the last horn fish broth curry. And that's how I made the horn fish broth curry recipe today.
