oh yes there is consuming lemon water, I don't like lemon water but lemon water is very good for endurance because it contains vitamin C and antioxidants in it which can strengthen the immune system from attacks of various diseases.

oh yeah if you use honey it tastes better maybe if there is a chance I will try it, I don't like lemon because it tastes sour because I prefer sweet like you, sorry I'm just kidding😁
