关于“站队”的问题 The question of "taking sides"

If someone says, work hard and improve your ability and quality, the personnel department will certainly see it, and the leadership will certainly appreciate you. This is actually to hurt you in the way of progress, not the slightest practical value.

Remember, when I first started work, I kept my head down, not my eyes on the road. Everything the leader tells me is super serious, even a word from an insignificant person, I also take it as "imperial decree". This is not to say, the unit has always been two factions in the "fighting law", I am silly do not know. As a result, there was no lack of work, and no one from the two factions was handed over, simply acting as "cannon fodder".

A look from the leader and the middle management, or a cough, your work of nearly half a year will be wasted. It was almost impossible to cry. This is a time when you need a "backer" or a leader to speak for you when you have something to do. Of course, you have your own value, for example, for the time being, no one can replace you. Otherwise, if you are a loser, or speak ill of the leader behind his back, who dares to want you. This is also a "two-way" it! A team is a team that counts.

I don't mean to be flattering. Relationships are important within the system. Emotional intelligence and IQ are the two abilities necessary to survive in the system. Don't easily side with the "number two", his energy is limited. Unless the "top boss" retires in a year or two. The "second in command" straightened out immediately.

Isn't there a saying, stand strong not weak, stand old not new. This time should be grasped.

Taking sides is for better development, because the workplace is vanity fair!

如果有人说,好好工作,提高自己的能力素质,人事部门一定会看到的,领导也肯定会赏识你的。这其实是在你前进道路上害你,没有一丁点实用价值。

记着我刚上班时,只会低头干活,不会抬头看路。领导交代的每一件事都超级认真,甚至一个不起眼的人的一句话,我也当做“圣旨”接着。这还不算,单位一直是两个派系在“斗法”,我傻傻的不知道。结果活是一点没少干,两个派系的人谁也没有交下,简直是充当了“炮灰”的角色。

领导和中层的一个眼神,或者说端起水杯,咳嗽一声,你近半年的工作就白干了。简直是欲哭无泪。这个时候急需要一个“靠山”或者说是当你有事情的时候有领导替你说话。当然,你也有自身的价值,比如说,暂时无人可取代你。要不然你是废柴的话,或者背后说领导坏话的,谁敢要你。这也算是“双向奔赴”吧!有价值的站队才叫站队。

并不是说让人阿谀奉承。在体制内人际关系很重要。情商和智商是体制内生存必备的两种能力。不要轻易和“二把手”站队,他的能量是有限的。除非“一把手”一两年就退休。“二把手”立马扶正。

不是有那么句话么,站强不站弱,站老不站新。这个时机要把握好。

站队是为了更好的发展,因为职场就是名利场!
