We should take care of mental hygiene besides physical hygiene.

Dear Friends,

How are you all? I believe you all are maintaining the protocol that is important nowadays in this pandemic.

Today I again come here to share with you another thought.

Friends, we all are used to the word hygiene. But many people understand that Hygiene means we should keep ourselves clean physically.

That is correct because, of the pandemic situation, we are all taking extra care of ourselves. Aside from covid, we always need to keep ourselves clean to maintain physical Hygiene.


Friends, there is another hygiene we often forget to maintain, that is mental Hygiene.

Yes, mental Hygiene, you read it correctly. Often or I can say the maximum time, we forget to maintain mental Hygiene.

We can maintain mental Hygiene differently.

1.Meditation.
2.patience.

For me, these two are the most important things that can help us to increase our mental health.

1.Meditation:- Believe it or not, but regular meditation helps you to stay calm in many troublesome situations.

Meditation does not only benefit us physically, but it also helps us to increase our mental health. Thus we can maintain our mental hygiene.


2.Patience:- We can also increase our patience by meditation and help us to manage difficult situations.

Often we use some language in anger that is not good for anyone. Patience helps us to control our anger and we can save relations. Thus we can maintain our mental hygiene.


Today after waking up as usual after freshening up I took my vinegar and green tea.

Then I replied to some comments, and cleaned my house.

Then I took a bath and finished puja.

Again I sat and started making comments. Then I spoke with my sister and today my friend Sonai called me after a long time. We chatted over the phone for some time.

Then I took my evening tea and made chow mein for dinner.

That was my day. Now it's 1:05 am and I am almost finished with my writing.

After posting I will brush my teeth and go to sleep. As I am talking about hygiene today let me share with you daily I brush my teeth thrice. In the morning, before bath, and before sleep.
