Don't Despise Little Beginnings

The world today is more concerned about the things that are more pronounced in terms of financial capacity and social standard. The recent get-rich-quick syndrome has made a lot of people to neglect the little things that is capable of turning into something great and outstanding in the nearest future.

We have completely forgotten how the great things we see today came about. The truth is that there are people who started off on a very minute state. In fact, they never believed that the little idea they executed will turn out to be something great as it is today.

For instance, Bishop (Dr) Chris Kwakpovwe who is the writer of "Our Daily Manna", a devotional booklet said he started the vision as a two-page pamphlet which was sold for just 5 Naira. But today, the booklet has been everywhere worldwide both in online markets and bookshops.

We need to wake up and take the little things that we find ourselves doing seriously. It's not about how little it is today. It's about how great it will become tomorrow.

The Bishop used as an example above is just one of the people that started on a little note and ended up big. There are so many of them and I'm certain that you may know one or two.

Do not despise your little beginnings. God himself gave this as an instruction to us.

If we are diligent about the smaller things given to us, God will multiply it for us.

Peace!
