Be wealthy, Live wealthy!

I once told a lady in my church family of my grand visions of wealth and affluence. Please note that this lady is firebrand, holyghosted and spirit filled, a role model to many.

In the cause of our discussion, i even added that my wealth would be a medium of kingdom advancement through my financing kingdom project and whatnots.

Brethen,This lady didn't believe or agree with me, she tried to dissuade me infact, you know the whole God and money don't mix fable and blah blah and brethren I was shook to my bone marrow, you know that moment you never expected to hear what you are hearing. Wawu, someone is still thinking like this in this 21st century?

I mean why are Christians scared of wealth and affluence?

Like we trust God to deliver us from every other Sin and addiction but when it comes to money, it seems God's power suddenly isn't Ommipotent as it ought, like suddenly he isn't the God that gives us the grace to subdue our other fleshly desires, is the sin of greed is too much for God to conquer? Haba !

I digress...

What is exactly is the essence of this story and my rants?

Certainly, there are a lot of misconception around wealth and affluence!
You might have heard something or seen something happen to someone or even experienced first-hand things that has made you subconsciously resent wealth(note the word- subconsciously, you won't even know it but most of these experiences are logged into your mind and they tend to form your ideologies and influence your behavior to situations)

All over the world, people are practice "wealth apathy" unknowingly and just being happy with three square meal a day. If they can just find the money for food and clothing they are okay, they will always say I don't want to be too rich ooo, if I just have enough to be comfortable that's okay with me" .

Well, if this is your cup of coffee that's cool.

But, can I challenge you today? I want you to understand that You are limiting yourself from the so much you can be and do! There is enough wealth and affluence in the world for all of us but none of this will flow to you except you let go and give yourself the permission to be rich!
Dont let the failures of the past colour your future.

Leave the past in the past! That's all it is - the past!

Change your mentality about wealth and embrace all Shades of Wealth and affluence. Allow yourself to embrace wealth and all it has to offer all the way! Choose Wealth!
