The next day was Saturday. I had promised my friend I would be decorating the hall for her daughter's birthday a few weeks ago. I called to cancel but she refused. So, I had to rush down to St, Moreen event center very early in the morning with my staff to get the decor in place. After the decoration, I rushed back home to have my bath, quickly had breakfast, and set out for the journey to fulfill Dennis's last wish.

It was a long drive to the estate on the address he had given me the previous day. When I got to the estate's main gate, the security personnel on duty denied me entrance at first claiming there had been many incidents of robbery in the estate for the past few days. So, they have been instructed to scrutinize every vehicle driving into the estate thoroughly. They asked me a few questions but I could not provide answers to their questions. so, they asked me to call who I wanted to come and see on the phone to provide the answers to their questions. That's another impossible task. I didn't know what to do. I kept begging the officers but they didn't listen.

Then, I sighted someone in their car parked a little distance from the gate. so, I presume him to be their boss. I immediately asked to see the boss and they pointed to him. I parked my car properly and walked down to see the man.

When I got to the place where the car was parked, I said hello to the man and he responded. I narrated my ordeal with his boys and he claimed to have been watching all the drama from afar. he said in pidgin, madam "na their job them they do" meaning they are only doing their job. I smiled and nodded in agreement. I told him Dennis sent me there. Immediately, he heard the name, he shouted Oga Dennis who is in prison? I nodded and he said, Eeyah, you're one of his family, Oga Dennis is a nice person but this thing he did is very bad. I nodded again and told him I was Dennis's Friend. He told me to tell the officer at the gate that I was going to house 144. I thanked him and left to my car.

As soon as I got to the gate, I did exactly as the boss said and I was granted entrance. I drove down to the address on the note Dennis gave me. It was at the far end of the estate. I went to the security post behind the mansion, found the box he described, and punched in the codes to open it. I took the bunch of keys and the remote in the box. I walked back to the front of the house to open the main gate with the remote.

I walked into the house and locked it from behind as instructed by Dennis. The living room was a view to behold. Everything caught my attention, from the set of chairs, the paintings on the wall, the smoothness of the tiles on the floor, the electronic gadgets, and the beautiful flowers. The interior decor of the house is top-notch. I let myself enjoy the gracefulness of the living room for a few minutes before proceeding to the bedroom where my major assignment in the house lies.

Dennis' description made it easy for me to quickly locate the room. I entered the room and lo, its ambiance was heavenly. It is like a paradise. I stood wondering how the room was still neat and the walls and floor sparkling even after being locked up for a long time. Whoever says money is not good should be crucified. I walked to the bed and fetched the letter from the drawer beside the bed. Somehow, fear crept into me and I felt a cold sensation within me. I took the letter, quickly locked the door, and ran downstairs. I wanted to open the letter and start reading but I decided against it. I carried my beg, walked out of the house, locked the gate, and returned the keys and the remote to the box.

I drove down to my house from the estate with great curiosity in me to know the content of the letter. As soon as I got home, I sat on the chair, brought out the letter from my bag, and tore it open. The letter was addressed to Dennis from Sir Jones with the title "A Piece of Advise and My last Request from Dennis, my Brother". The letter read thus.......
