hello friends all wherever you are I hope you are all in good condition.
on this occasion tonight I will share some photos of mushrooms that I found when I was in my grandmother's village, I was invited by my mother to look for cassava leaves to my grandmother's garden, when I was in the garden, I saw some cowhide mushrooms growing on the roots a chopped and nearly rotting coconut tree, Northern cinnabar polypore or what is known as cowhide mushroom, fits its name, cowhide mushroom, because this mushroom is red in color and covered by tiny hairs on the top.
I found this mushroom there are three groups, the first group I found was very large, equivalent to an adult's palm, or 8-10cm, there were two that were this size.
on the left side of this very large mushroom I found a mushroom of the same type, only this mushroom is the youngest among the three mushrooms in the first row of photos, when it was young this mushroom seemed to have two colors, yellow and red cowhide, small feathers are only in the middle and the edges are still bald and creamy yellow, when they are small like the photo below, this mushroom is conical to the top, very thick compared to when it is old, I estimate this mushroom is about 2-4cm high 4-6cm wide.
under the smallest mushroom, I found the same mushroom too, with a slightly larger size than the mushroom in the second row of photos, the color is the same but the shape is different, it looks thinner and has bloomed, the feathers have not filled the whole mushroom, I estimate this mushroom is sized, 6-7cm wide, 1-2 high, the more mature the height of this mushroom the shorter or lower.
today i feel like i am the luckiest person because i can find a kind of mushroom but there are three growth periods that differ greatly, starting from toddler age, adult and old age, i rarely get to get this beautiful moment, my discovery today i will never forget it only, a gift that was given to me by only the creator of the universe..
