Mental and child health Care

Friends, I hope everyone is well. I am much a better by the grace of God. I appeared before you again with another of my new writings.

Reproductive health:

Reproductive health is a state of complete of a physical, mental and social well being not merely the absence of disease or infirmity in all matters relating to then reproductive system its function and process. Reproductive health limbs-satisfying and safe sex life and that they have the capability to reproduce and the freedom to decide if, when and how often to do so.

Elements of family reproductive health: There are ten elements of family reproductive health- 1) safe motherhood. 2) family planning. 3) prevention and management of reproductive tract infections. 4) mental and child health nutrition. 5) adolescent reproductive health. 6) prevention and management of abortion and its complication. 7) ducation and counselling of the sexuality and sexual health. 8) prevention and management of breast and reproductive tract cancer and other gynecological conditions. 9) prevention violence against women and children (v a w).10) prevention and management of infertility and sexual dysfunction.

Mental and child health Care:

The term MCH refers to the promotive, preventive, curative & rehabilitative health care for mother & children, up to pre-school age.

MCH care is the service which is concerned with physical, mental, social and emotional well-being the child bearing mother and children up to preschool age.

Objective: 1) reproduction of mental perinatal infant & morbidity. 2) promotion of reproductive health. 3) promotion of the physical and physiological development of the child within the family.

Components of MCH: 1) mental health. 2) family planning. 3) child health. 4) school health. 5) care of handicapped. 6) care of the children in special sitting such as Day Care centres.

Maternal health:

The periodic change within a woman with reproduction capability. The cycle composed of, a) fertilization. b) antenatal prenatal period. c) intranatal period. d) postnatal period. e) inter conceptional period.
