Blurt is Anarchy there are no moderators or people that can kick you out of a community. Communities on blurt are not owned by any user. But members of the community police the community by leaving comments and keeping others accountable. This also helps to warn potential voters if the issue is plagiarism or repeating of content.
As for the #blurtafrica community there are a number of curation projects that are running on it @blurtconnect-ng, @blurtafrica, @blurrttribe and myself. I do not know their particular curation guidelines but here is a link to my own, https://blurt.blog/blurtafrica/@leifasaur/clarification-of-my-curation-of-blurtafrica-or-what-gets-my-vote.
Basically be yourself, be on topic for the community you are posting in, and post original unique content that is interesting. The more voice you can put into it as a live living individual the better.
