it as been days now since I join this community, I am active but never post , reading some post and comment,am trying to know how the community works because I know ,Every community as a rules and policy that guide them
source
Not only obeying the rules but also getting to know who are the people here ,how does the people in the community think , what type of post do curators curate because I believe you need to know the kind of product that your buyer will always want to buy
To me every post is a product produce by author and people who read the post are buyers of the post like curator and other author, the good content in the post is the quality in the product ,the quality and satisfying your product is the more customers you will get ,this also applicable to writing post on blurt
But before doing that I must know the type of product my customer like ,what catches the attention of my buyers ,that is the reason why I keep mute writing post and reading the ,hot trending post
Getting more engagement that is my first priority because this will make me feel among in the community ,it's feel like am in the dark ,I can't see anybody but can hear the voice of other mummering ,to see other I need engagement from you people
And also I have been looking for more challenge, challenge I can join ,may be I will get more engagement , meeting new people will be good ,if you have any challenge going on you can drop the link in the comments section or tag me to it
I will appreciate ,thanks for reading
Blurt is Anarchy there are no moderators or people that can kick you out of a community. Communities on blurt are not owned by any user. But members of the community police the community by leaving comments and keeping others accountable. This also helps to warn potential voters if the issue is plagiarism or repeating of content.
As for the #blurtafrica community there are a number of curation projects that are running on it @blurtconnect-ng, @blurtafrica, @blurrttribe and myself. I do not know their particular curation guidelines but here is a link to my own, https://blurt.blog/blurtafrica/@leifasaur/clarification-of-my-curation-of-blurtafrica-or-what-gets-my-vote.
Basically be yourself, be on topic for the community you are posting in, and post original unique content that is interesting. The more voice you can put into it as a live living individual the better.
