Rest in a Peaceful Place (Freewrite)

Jason was sick, and has to postpone some of his shows. He stayed at a house he bought for his family in the countryside. He's happy to have some rest in a peaceful place. Too bad, he's feeling sad that he haven't had real friends during the past year, and blamed himself because he didn't maintain his friendship with his colleagues.

He sure had received messages from fans, workmates, and bosses wishing he'll get better immediately. But they're not his real personal friends. It's as if he wanted to talk to his former friends but he doesn't know how to start. Anyway, even he's resting at home, Jason tried to be active in social media promoting his song, and supported Olivia and Melanie's new single.

In fact, he even attended an interview which was through videoconference. He promoted his album and singles too. At the Hot 100, "The Machine" started to drop at the charts as it is at number 4. It also fell to number 5 at the UK Singles, and number 4 in Global Singles Chart. Via videoconference, which was livestreamed at Jason's YouTube channel, he was awarded 5 Million Global Award for "The Machine" crossing 5 million copies in sales. The single is still at the Top 10 globally for 10 weeks already.

While still on vacation, Jason has been listening to FM radio station if ever he'll get to hear his songs. "For Me" is the first song he has heard from the radio. The song is doing well at the radio airplay charts, though it dropped to number 13 at the Hot 100. It also fell to number 11 in UK Singles, and number 12 in Global Singles, with the week sales at 204k.

His album "Winner" is also down to number 5 at the Albums 200 with 197k sales, and at the same position at UK Albums and Global Albums Chart with 325k copies sold. His current discography was released for the week.
