Street foods of Bangladesh.

Spicy street food during winter - that statement is enough to express the feeling we had while having this food. There were so many options, deep fried spicy food, chai, and more. People can easily have a full-course meal at a cheap price.

This is inside a university campus named Jahangir Nagar. Mostly the students of the campus went there to have light snacks. But people like me who visit there for the beauty of the campus and the amazing food are not quite less. During winter, the campus becomes a get-together place for many nature lovers and explorers.

Different kinds of Samocha, all are filled with different veggies and meats.

Some sweet items, we call them 'Pitha'. They are flaky like pastry and sugar-coated. Very nice to have in the morning.

This is how they fry the food, instantly, in front of the customers.

A huge gathering to have fresh food at an affordable price because the taste is best.

Some more deep-fried local snacks.

We were a group of five friends. We tried almost all of the items except some sweet cakes. They were all super in taste.

We call this 'Singara'. The potato filling with a crispy outer side makes it perfect.

We paid only around $4 but our stomach was full. The food was so cheap but I wouldn't forget their taste; they were so good. The money was totally worth it. Also, the chai/tea after our snacks was a cherry on top.

I wish to visit the place again, just for the food.
