Hiking South Lake Tahoe, California !!

If there is one thing, if you were to ask that I love the most doing, that would be hiking through nature and I did a lot of that in my travels around America the national parks and valleys of California never disappointed me there was so much awesome hiking ground to cover there and on this particular hike I am going to take you along the trails of South Lake Tahoe in California.

South Lake Tahoe is the deepest lake in the world has a lot of breathtakingly beautiful natural beauty surrounding the lake and many activities to offer for the outdoor enthusiasts, all year round the sceneries constantly change depending on the seasons. In spring and summer you can hike or cycle on the many trails around the lake overlooking the glorious views or you can simply relax on the many white sand beaches along the lake and do a bit of fishing.

There are many beautiful cute little cabins you can stay in overnight and they were not expensive we stay a couple nights as we wanted to keep exploring all this beautiful nature along the lakeside we were there in the mid summer/spring season so swims in the clear blue lake was very refreshing and the water from the lake was that clean it was almost drinkable.

The couple of days we did hiking along this lake were absolutely stunning the bridges across the waterfalls the rock formations and the smell of the pine forest was just divine. If you are into snow skiing or snow board riding they have some of the best ski resorts in the world here in South Lake Tahoe, California there is certainly something for everyone on South Lake Tahoe.
