The world is in the cusp of fundamental and historical changes. Nigeria will need a very strong and dynamic leadership at this time. There could be major conflicts and and big shifts in alliances and how our leadership reads and responds to that will determine the future of millions of us and our children.
Look at the gas issue in Europe right now, for example. Russia is punishing Europe at the approach of winter by cutting gas pressure on NordStream 2 to mere 20% leaving the continent to go scrambling for gas globally. Europe too is working hard to ditch Russian gas as soon as it can. Nigeria should have a say in all of these if the leadership was ready.
Nigerians should think and set their own interests above all other emotions and take decisions.
