This idea of countries positioning themselves as world powers will eventually bring this fragile universe we are managing to an end one day.
We Africans are nowhere in the scheme of things. At most, we get counted as collateral damage.
It is almost like we are just existing in their land reserves codenamed "Africa" for some future experiments.
And truly, we live with no plan for the future like some herds of sheep flocking and grazing on borrowed lands.
Our universe starts and ends in our stomachs...
But we are also the future in terms of people power and natural resources if we can ever stop our leaders and our peers from selling us short.
