Take a few moments to look around you. Look at your circle. Look at the people who you spend time together. Look at other people's circle and their friends. The things they do at different times of the day. You'd realize that the world is so big and it is filled with so many people of different class, status, potentials, strengths, weakness and so on. When you look at your abilities, potentials, talents and strengths you may feel so insignificant compared to the people around you. The brains around you may make you feel like an unintelligent person.
The point is that every single one of us have a role to play in the world and you're in this world because you have the ability to play the role. Have you ever imagined the reason everyone is not a leader? If we are all leaders then what is the essence? Everyone can not be working in the corporate world, we need people to fix our cars, sell food items, build our houses etc. Then these people who do not work in the corporate world will also need to save in banks, invest in business etc. In short, we all have different purposes in life and you should not feel like your role is insignificant.
The truth of the matter is that these people whom you feel are above you or the ones who you're above all need each other to survive. The fact that there are so many people who can do the same thing you do does not make you less important. We are all unique in our own ways and there are people who will choose "you" over others. There is a special feeling that you give when people are around you which they can't get from anyone else. There is this unique touch that you add to things you do which another person can not do. There may have been a lot of deliberation about a particular situation but within a few seconds that you contributed to the topic there is a solution. That is uniqueness at it's peak.

Big or small, we all have a role to play and it should not be taken for granted. The fact that you are intelligent, stupid, humorous, disciplined, introvert, extrovert or whichever quality you possess does not matter. You are important and your opinion should be considered acceptable no matter your status. You are important in making the world what it is. The same way the world needs crazy and funny people, it is the same way it needs intelligent, and creative people. We all can not be funny and we all can not be serious. Every individual have different personalities and you should not do yourself a disservice by being someone else.
As big as the world is, do not underestimate the power that you've got because you have the power to bring about big changes in your environment and the society at large with the little that you do. Do your best to make the world a better place for all. The world will continue to grow when we all do own quarter not minding maybe its big or small.
