I am feeling much better now a million thanks to God

Wow it is like a miracle that had happened, my gut pain went alleviated and my lumbar area pain is now almost gone. Maybe somebody went to pray for me or just God waived his hand to wash away these recent things that gave me a dose of fright and worry.

It is because I am just living on a borrowed time and that any additional ailments will basically put the period on my existence. What is important for me is to live as painless as possible because any pain that I experience is a different kind, usually it will last long which is enough for me to get depressed and wanting to die already and nobody wants to live with a lingering pain because it is just a torture.

Many thing I am thinking about what caused the pain, it could be from a trapped gas inside my guts. It happened before and it was enough for me to land in my church's clinic. It was caused by eating a boiled cassava that created gas in my guts that hindered the flow of what is inside my intestines.

The doctor gave me a medicine for intestine guts but it is what I did that gave me some relief and that is drinking the "Biguerlai" tea, a tea which is laxative. I used two teabags of it, so it made my guts to produce liquid that prompted me to go to the toilet several times and relieve me of the pressure caused by the gas.

If I do not know what to do that time it could have been be very bad. Now I did it again yesterday but only with one tea bag of it which is enough to move my guts around and did caused me to go to the toilet this morning and relive the pressure.

So next time I know what to do, it could very well caused my lumbar pain because it went away as soon as my gut pain went away. This is just one of my problems where I am sensitive to almost everything and does me a great misery and I thank God that I was able to resolve it thanks be to God and the ones that did pray for me.
