立春,躲春 | The Customs of Chinese New Year

今年的立春是正月初四,2月4号,星期五上午,古时候就有立春躲春的习俗。这天最好就呆在家里,自己平静,平安地度过,不要外出。

静坐实际上是最好的,头脑想象自己开心的时候,不要跟其他人接触,放松身心,不要让外界的信息打扰到,不要跟别人交谈,不打电话,不聊微信......

这一天就不要见生人,不要到户外活动了,不要引起口舌,不高兴的人事就忍一忍,假装没看见,睁一只眼闭一只眼,保持心平气和,心情轻松。

反正初四放假在家里就躲一躲,规避一些事也不是很难的,实际上这也是一种修身养性,平时也可以这样的,谦虚一点,尽量少惹是非,其实平常的日常行为也该如此。做一些能自己开心的事情,锻炼身体或者静坐,积极的心理向内看,观察自己的内心,不向外求,做事小心谨慎,不要太过激进,期待一年能够有好的气运。

总之,这一天,我们就尽量克制自己的情绪,保持积极向上,然而,我觉得最重要的是还是心怀善良,内心光明,这些都是平常为人处事所注意的。
