Lambretta is a scooter brand from Milan, Italy, produced by Ferdinando Innocenti. The name Lambretta comes from the name of the Lambro river that passes through the Lambrate district, where the factory stands on the outskirts of Milan and also comes from the word Lambrus which means light, fast and nimble Lambretta motorcycle enthusiasts are called Lambrettisti.
