小鱼激励计划阶段总结 Stage Summary of Minnow Incentive Plan

The first goal of introducing this plan was to help serious blurt writers, those people who will produce high-quality articles. Although the rewards from each post are not as high as projected, it is at least a source of encouragement for the minnows. We can be confident that blurt will prosper if more people, particularly the big fish, can identify and support more serious writers.

There's a little backstory here. In the sea, the tide rises and falls. On the beach, some little fish had become trapped. One by one, a child picks up the fish and tosses them into the water. Some people wonder if you can pick up so many fish. What difference does it make if there are so many fish in the sea, one more and one less? "I care, fish care," the child responded.

Even though it is insignificant, what I have done is genuine. Stick to your guns. I expect it will produce lovely flowers. I'm going to keep doing it.

There are a lot of blurt posts. It's sometimes like looking for a needle in a haystack when it comes to finding a high-quality post and a serious author. What is the best way to locate serious writers? I'd like to offer some suggestions in this area.

1.Please recommend any serious writers you know to me. Everyone has a pair of eyes, and he will always be surrounded by known and serious writers. I'm hoping you'll be able to recommend them to me. Leave a message under my post, and I'll respond as soon as I can when I find it.

2.You can recommend yourself if you are a serious writer. Self-recommendation is a Chinese idiom that means "to promote oneself." Have the talent and mindset to write seriously, but also have demonstrated daring and bravery.

3.If you have a lot of BP and are a big fish, please help the minnows more. Getting aboard the horse and then sending it off is a Chinese adage. Join blurt and learn the fundamentals, which is like to being helped on a horse; however, we need someone to lead and assist them in going further, which means sending another journey.

发起这项计划的初衷是为了扶持blurt上那些认真的写作者，那些能够写出高质量内容的小鱼们。尽管每一期的帖子收益并非想象的那样多，但至少是对小鱼们的一种鼓励和鞭策，给他们以信心。如果还有更多的人，尤其是大鱼们，能够去发现更多的认真写作者并给予鼓励，可以肯定blurt会更加繁荣。

有一则小故事，海水潮涨潮落，把一些小鱼搁浅在了沙滩上，一个孩子把鱼一条条捡起，然后扔到海水里去。有人说，那么多的鱼，你捡的过来吗？海里那么多鱼，多一条鱼，少一条鱼，谁还会在乎呢？可那个孩子答道：“我在乎，鱼儿在乎。”

自己所做的事情尽管渺小，却是真诚的，坚持下去，相信会开出美丽的花朵，我将继续坚持下去。

Blurt上的帖子浩如烟海，发现一篇优质的帖子，发现一个认真的作者，有时真的如大海捞针。如何找到那些认真的写作者呢？我在此提出几点建议。

一、向我推荐您所了解到的认真的写作者。每个人都有一双慧眼，总会发现自己身边熟悉的认真写作者，希望您能够推荐于我。在我的帖子下面留言，发现后我会及时回复的。

二、如果您是一名认真的写作者，您可自我推荐，中国有句成语叫毛遂自荐，就是自己推荐自己。具有认真写作的能力和态度，更要有为人所知的勇气和胆魄。

三、如果您拥有超级BP能量，如果您是一条大鱼，请多多给予小鱼们以支持。中国有句俗语，就是扶上马，然后再送一程。加入blurt学到了基本的知识，相当于被扶上了马；但需要有人指导和帮扶着，才能走得更远，就是再送一程。
