Here I'm talking about the sweet that the whole India like in every situation in every festivals.
Some people's eat this sweet when they were angry and some will eat when they were happy. This sweet is famous all over India,
I think this sweet is very much famous in Bikaner, Rajasthan,India .
People loved to eat this Jalebi as snacks .
Every Friday my daughter pray Zohar namaz then waits until her father come along with Jalebi. She eats lots and then sleep.
Daily my both kids sleeps at noon time 2pm then wake up to 4 or 4:30 pm, and here on Friday she never sleep on her time and waits till her father bring the sweet,she eat first at 3:30pm then only she sleep.
Here this Jalebi is or sugar syrup , made by deep frying a fermented batter of all purpose flour (Maida)
In circular or sperical shaped then soaked in a sugar syrup. This sweet is delicious, full of juicy, that freshup the minds ,touches the heart of every single bite, it is Known for its unique taste and texture . This Jalebi is crispy from outside and juicy from inside .
This Jalebi is also made with khowa (Mawa) , that too also good in taste.
