Human resources are one of the main capital and also the most important asset in every organization. This is because humans have a dynamic nature. In other words, human resources become a driving factor for other capital owned by the organization, namely financial capital and physical capital. With good and positive quality of human resources it will make other organizational resources can be managed properly so that the organization will be able to achieve the goals that have been set.

To be able to have quality human resources, of course, is not easy. This is because it requires a fairly large investment with a fairly long process so that an effective method is needed in its management. With an effective management method, the investment made will be effective and effective. In addition, the process carried out to produce quality human resources can be achieved well.

Basically, the quality of human resources can be measured from three main things, namely skills, knowledge, and attitudes. Ideally, in order for an organization to develop rapidly, the existing human resources must have skills that are appropriate to their work. In addition, the organization's human resources must also have knowledge about the organization and the field of work they are involved in. Another thing that is no less important is having a good and beneficial attitude/behavior for the organization.

However, in reality, the ideal conditions are difficult to obtain. Of the three things above, what is difficult to control is the attitude/behavior of the organization's human resources. This happens because the attitude / behavior is closely related to the personality of a human being.

So far, there are many assumptions which state that behavior in humans is difficult to change. This is because behavior in humans has been considered innate from humans since birth. In other words, behavior in humans is considered to have become a provision that has been set by God. But in reality, the nature or behavior in a human being can change as desired because basically the nature or behavior is not innate, but is a form of life experience that is lived and everything that has been instilled by educators. .
