Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hope everybody is doing very well and healthy. I am also much better inshallah.

Today I came back with a new recipe among you, Maya fish chachhari with potatoes and onions. I hope you like it.

So friends, let's see how I made Maya fish chachhari with potatoes and onions.

Here I have the materials-

Maya fish, potato, onion paste, green chilli paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, cumin paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.

Recipe -

First I chose the Maya fish clean. This time I have washed the Maya fish well.

This time I cut the potato and onion into small pieces.

This time I smeared Maya fish with a little salt and turmeric powder.

This time I put a ring in the oven and put the amount of oil in the pan and put Maya fish inside it. Now I will fry it a little. So my Maya fish has been slightly fried. This time I put it in a container.

This time again I put a griddle in the oven and put the same amount of oil in the pan with green chilli paste and garlic paste inside. This time I stirred it a little and put potato and onion in it. Now with a little stirring, add salt and turmeric powder and stir again for a while.

It has been taken away. This time I have given enough water inside it. This time I will burn for a while. After a while, I will catch it again with the Maya fish fried inside. After a while I put cumin paste in it. Now with a little movement, I will light it again for a while. After a while the broth is completely reduced. This time I took it down from the stove. So I have easily made Maya fish chachhari. Maya fish is very tasty to eat. You can definitely try it at home.
