Avocado should be consumed as much as one fruit per day per person. avocados have good nutritional content. one of them is that it contains about 21 grams of monounsaturated fat which can be healthy for the heart.
In general, the high content of healthy fats in avocados helps support healthy brain function and memory. even so, eating avocados every day, or in excessive amounts, is still not recommended.
