And because of this it is very cheap, popular and in demand as food. The prevalence of mushrooms as a food in our country is not long ago, because many people are not used to eating them.

Many people like to eat mushrooms. Many people consider it to be a frog's umbrella and refrain from eating it, comparing it to haram food. Actually this idea of ​​people is completely wrong. Because mushroom and frog's umbrella are not the same thing. Frog umbels flourish everywhere in untidy garbage heaps. As a result, some species are poisonous.

But commercially produced mushrooms are grown in clean environments, using tissue culture methods; So it is healthy. Not only that, in the Holy Qur'an and Hadith, mushrooms have been compared to a very prestigious food. It has been compared to heavenly food manna-salwa in various books. In the hadith of Sahih Bukhari Sharif, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, "Mushroom is a type of manna and its juice is a medicine for the eyes."

There is no doubt that the mushrooms produced without the aid and cooperation of anything haram and impermissible in the production process are halal.

Health scientists recommend adding mushrooms to the daily diet to provide nutrients to the body. Mushrooms are helpful in filling the shortage of vegetables in our country. source
