Because on the journey, it is inevitable to book an Airbnb rental. Based on my personal experience, using Airbnb has some benefits, such as quickly integrating into local life. If you happen to have a good landlord living in an Airbnb house, you can basically get a lot of help from the landlord in daily life, such as borrowing daily necessities from the landlord.
But living in Airbnb also has some drawbacks. Firstly, when booking a room, it is best to confirm the conditions you require with the landlord before booking. Otherwise, once you make a reservation, the landlord will press the confirmation button and your credit card will be directly deducted. Even if you cancel the reservation later, a free refund can only be made 30 days before check-in, otherwise the full refund cannot be made.
For example, I personally prefer a room with a separate bathroom. I had previously confirmed with the landlord the week before booking, and the landlord also confirmed that there was a separate bathroom. However, a week later when I made a reservation, the landlord pressed the confirmation button and only said that they had to share the bathroom with others. However, even if I cancelled the reservation, I could no longer receive a full refund.
Only when the landlord cancels the reservation can I receive a full refund, but the landlord is unwilling. Therefore, I have to repost a screenshot of the Airbnb house with a separate bathroom written on it to the official customer service, informing them that the information is incorrect. The official can also learn from my previous conversation with the landlord about the separate bathroom that the landlord has also informed me of the existence of a separate bathroom.
Finally, the official decided to give me a full refund and also gave me a $250 coupon.
The whole matter was resolved with good luck, but the whole process was still very tiring.
So when booking on Airbnb, it is best to confirm with the landlord that the relevant conditions are correct before booking, otherwise it is still very inconvenient to cancel the booking later.
因為在旅行的路上，所以難免必須預訂airbnb租房，依我個人經驗，使用airbnb有一些好處，例和可以快速融入當地生活，如果剛好在airbnb的房子還住著好的房東，基本上你在生活上可以得到房東很多幫助，例如可以和房東借借生活日用品之類。
但住airbnb也有些壞處，首先在訂房的時候，在預訂房子前，最好和房東確認好你要求的條件，否則一旦你預訂後，房東按下確認，你的信用卡直接被扣款，即使之後再取消預訂，只有入住前30日才能免費退款，否則無法全額退款。
例如我個人喜歡房間有獨立衛生間，本來我在預訂前一週曾和房東確認過，房東也確認有獨立衛生間，沒想到一週後我預訂時，房東卻在按下確認預訂後，才說必須和其他人共用衛生間，但此時我即使取消預訂，也已經無法全額退款。
只有由房東取消預訂，我才能拿回全額退款，但房東不願意，於是我只好把airbnb房子上寫著附有獨立衛生間的截圖，轉貼給官方客服，告訴它們資訊有誤，而且官方也可以透過我之前和房東詢問獨立衛生間的對話，知道房東也曾告知有獨立衛生間。
最後官方決定全額退款給我，還送了我250美金的coupon。
整件事算是很好運的解決了，但整個過程還是很令人心累的。
所以在airbnb訂房時，最好先和房東確認相關條件無誤再訂房，否則之後要取消訂房還是很不方便的。
