Here are some reflection I put together on Monday. It was a quite a busy day for me, but probably not for most people here in Japan:Once again it was "Sea Day" and there was no beach to be seen anywhere. But I'm actually quite used to that, as that's how it's been in recent years. "Umi no hi" 海の日 - as the Day of the Sea is called in Japanese, always falls on the third Monday in July, and unfortunately every year on this day I have a lot of work to do.
