HEMP

Hemp, also known as industrial hemp, can be seen by some people as a controversial plant, but it doesn’t need to be because when it comes to nutrition, hemp is rich in vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that provide some significant health benefits. It also acts as an antioxidant, helping reduce free radicals that can cause cell damage in your body.

Getting enough healthy fats in your diet is important for keeping your heart and cardiovascular system healthy. Hemp is particularly rich in these healthy fats, including omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Both of these fats are known for improving heart health by reducing cholesterol, blood pressure, and triglycerides.

Hemp oil is also rich in gamma linolenic acid (GLA), which has been linked to reduced symptoms of Premenstrual Symptoms {PMS}. It appears that GLA reduces the effect of the hormone prolactin on the body. Prolactin is often identified as a major cause of the negative symptoms of PMS, especially breast tenderness, irritability, bloating, and depression. Hemp is an important tool to help relieve these unpleasant symptoms.

Fiber is critical for a healthy digestive system, and hemp is an excellent source of both soluble and insoluble fiber. Insoluble fiber helps add bulk to your stool and may be linked to a lower risk of bowel cancer. Meanwhile, soluble fiber acts as a prebiotic and feeds the “good” bacteria that live in your intestines. In combination, soluble and insoluble fiber from hemp help keep your digestive system running smoothly and prevent a number of common conditions such as constipation, ulcers, and hemorrhoids.

Protein is critical for the health of your muscles and organs. Hemp is one of just a few plant foods that are considered “complete” proteins, containing all the essential amino acids. Your body can also absorb hemp protein better than many other plant-based proteins, adding hemp to your diet is a quick and easy way to get more protein.

The combination of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in hemp is good for more than just your heart. Early studies suggest that adding hemp to your diet may help relieve symptoms of eczema by balancing the lipids in your blood, reducing skin dryness and itchiness.

Dude, you're a bitter pained a$$hat. I haven't committed any crime(Plagiarism)... I used a photo from the internet yes, however my content is an original work from my hardwork. Get off my d!ck and go do your part to grow and promote Blurt.

And you need to source your materials. The reat of your content without any sources marked from where you took the content (copy, paste) must be clearly shown or else it would be as though you stole it to make money off of.

Fix it.

@bestkizito - is this the level of quality that your recruits will be bringing to the platform?

Dear @the-gorilla and @yayogerardo, Thanks for taking out time to help out and the mention as well, some of my community members re still learning and we should try to teach them, I have other writers that are doing great with little coaching and @hectormerry is still learning and I am currently helping so many as much as I can. I will teach them how to source content, will try to source our post henceforth, if you find anyone not doing nice kindly lend a helping hand rather than making them feel bad. I was almost depressed on steem when I got my first flag, I didn’t know how to use it to be honest, please this is blurt and we should respect the values and try to help our new recruits thanks for understanding

All I have done is point out the flaws.

Him lying isnt a good step forward either eapecially with the evidence clearly debunking his claim that it is "his". I have zero tolerance for plaigerism.

As for his attitude towards me dierecrly I completely ignore. Its just his ego that got caught in a lie.

The adult thing would be own up to his mistake and fix it. There is still time left before the 7 day lock is made. If he doesnt fix it or own up to his mistake, i will never let it go. I will continue to disuade people from voting malicious content.

Plaigerism as you know hurts everyone equally for it makes the community look bad and thus hurts also the wallets of everyone. How? It gives us a bad rep. If he wants to plaigerize he can go to steemit where they dont check on that sort of thing.

If I were to be found doing the same I would want it pointed out aswell. My intentions are not to hurt the community.

His obvious lying isnt going to get far.

I apreciate you trying really hard pushing the platform forward for wider growth, but not everyone that comes on board is going to be " friendly" or good. This sorts of things happen very quite often.

Its about principle. Emotions have very little to do with it. I disregard those during these confrontations because I can not let them manipulate my common sense and cognitive thought process.

He who is emotional is subject manipulation. I cant let that happen. Especially when calling out those who are here to intentionaly hurt the ecosystem.

As an independent curator, I have to my keep my gaurd up. Eapecialy for when the curation trails starts. I wont be upvoting anyone who is abusive. I will call them out.

@hectormerry if it is true that you are here to grow, take nothing I say personal.

This is sparta.

And well be watching the coastline for malacious invasion of abusers and we will keep them in check. I am not the only one onboard with this.

Hivewatchers was a great idea, the problem with them is that they started getting political and shutting down independent thought. I hope that Blurt does not end up the same way. From steem to hive to here now. Im putting my foot down here. I aint budging. Im here to stay and help fight when I can so real authentic users get their fair share of rewards and not have it stolen by having their content stolen.

I hope I made myself clear. I aint being rude at all. I am being firm, clear and assertive where I draw that line.

I'm still very active on Steemit - their plagiarism problem has improved massively since I joined, primarily because I put a huge amount of work into highlighting the problem to people. Blurt's plagiarism problem is far worse in my opinion.

Steemit's biggest problem now is that "Promoters" are "recruiting" people with the promise of "making thousands of dollars". So these promoters are attracting scammers and plagiarists who apparently need to "learn" how to behave on Social Media. Which I find strange, because I've never taken a Social Media lesson or course to know how to behave.

Let's face it, if somebody needs teaching NOT to plagiarise, NOT to insult people, and NOT to be a massive cock, then they can fuck off and post somewhere else. It's not like they invest their money in Blurt so what's their contribution other than bloating the platform with their shit.

I join you in Sparta.

I didnt knkw that about steem thanks for the update. To be honest i stopped looking into steem since after the HF where hive was born.

Now I am both active on hive and here mainly now. Hive can still change for the better imo. The too whames are behaving like economic dictators.

I wasn't around when that happened but other than the integration of TRX, nothing's really changed since then. It appears that most of the good authors went to Hive and that passion is now being reflected in the price of the currencies.

I know very little about Hive - I've been warned that if you start doing well and get noticed, then a hive whale will decide that you don't deserve your success and wipe out your rewards. So I'm not expecting much from my time there - I'm not sure what to expect from my time on any of these platforms. I did well on Steemit which has funded my move here but Steemit's still where most of my virtual friends are although many of them have become disillusioned and disappeared now ☹️)

I am not emotional at all. I do very much appreciate constructive corrections and even challenges. What you did with me called hate, spitee and disrespect. You got from me the same energy you came with. You're the manipulative one sir. Your detective skills is really great, you should consider submitting your resume with the feds. If I would stay here, I would never need a vote from you, neither would I have needed your guidance to grow because you have no intentions to do that. So using all your skills to piss on me is nothing new, it shows your personality(narcissistic). I didn't see you under my introduction post to welcome me or say kind words. So I am not sorry I matched your energy, I only sorry I let my inner animal down by not saying much to you.

You don't succeed on communities like this alone, you help and show support to others...and you sure do it nicely and kindly.

Your assession of me and all you wrote is just an opinion of a bias person, and it is not my reality. So with no apology, I say take your guard and "putting people in check" and shove it sir. I refused to be bullied and belittled by any of you. Manyom

Are you refusing then to fix the plagiarism you committed?

Dude, you're a bitter pained a$$hat

Get off my d!ck

This is unacceptable anywhere. Online or offline. That's got nothing to do with learning "Blurt's Values". It's learning not to be a dick.

rather than making them feel bad

Feeling bad? I couldn't care less if somebody who's just called somebody else a "bitter pained asshat" gets a bad feeling inside. Especially when it's within his lies about plagiarising content that's so obviously plagiarised.

They are still learning and this is one thing that can be corrected including use of abusive words. @hectormerry is a good person and this is strange coming from him. Please give him more time thanks!

@the-gorilla Like I responded to you earlier, that I am holding my peace. Detective Mickey Mouse aka Agent Hobbs meet the energy he brought towards me. And I say again, he is hateful, spiteful and disrespectful. I am sorry you feel the way you feel about me, and I also sorry that I didn't say much to him. Again my assessment of people here is that ; it's no friendly community. I didn't see Agent anhula-tsar on my introduction post to welcome me or say something nice but as soon as he saw a post from me that he feels it's plagiarism, then boom he's pissing all over my profile showing his hobbies(hate, spite, disrespect and bias), Hence his comments. None of you has nicely nor kindly called my attention or made corrections or try to teach me as @bestkizito said when he invited me to @Blurt.

My apology is to @bestkizito if I let him down in anyway. However, I will not be bullied or belittled by any of you hateful, spiteful, disrespectful and bias people. On this note, Mayom.
