When knocked down, how do you get back up?

I spent the whole weekend polishing my voice to scream during the game of my fav team but everything crashed when the players decided to be as useless as a trash can.

What da hell was that? It was such an unbelievable and nonsensical performance.

Seriously, I need to rant to the ears of these players, but I will be like an empty can making unnecessary noise, so, I'm ending the sports talk here. Let's talk about something more general.

How do y'all deal with defeat? What do you do when you face a disappointing situation?

When it comes to dealing with defeat, you need to first admit how hurtful it can be to find yourself on the losing end.

No matter how minor it may be, it's still a defeat and it can pull some strings on your brain. It tends to hurt your pride. Most importantly, it can beat you down and keep you down for too long.

Getting back up as soon as possible is the key to overcoming a defeated mind. This brings me to the question;

How can someone get back up as soon as possible?
Is there a cheat sheet for it?
