"Buga” as at today has been named the most shazamed song in the world.
It is no longer news that the Singer Kiss Daniel’s Latest Single album titled ‘Buga’ Named Most Shazamed Song Worldwide
Kiss Daniel is a Nigerian musician and record owner. And now he has recorded another feat in the global music industry.
The Shazam application which is owned by Apple and developed by Shazam Entertainment, is for the identification of music, movies, advertising, and television show. It is amazing that based on a short sample played and using the microphone on the device has announced via their official Twitter page thus: “Big congrats to @KizzDaniel!! #Buga is the most Shazamed song in the world: apple.co/ShazamGlobalCh… ”
It is just obvious that ‘Buga’ has topped major charts in Africa. Thus :
- It ranged to one million streams in seven days of release on Boomplay.
- Had about 5.1 million views on YouTube on the official lyric video,
- Had about 11.4 million equivalent streams and 47.5 million in radio reach (No. 2 debut on radio) and set a new record for the song with the biggest total activity in history.
