It's the end of the month and I'm here with my monthly report. The whole point of these reports is not to bore you but to journal my progress or lack of progress.
Most therapists suggest that we write down all the positive things that happened in our day. I like to write about my struggles with sleep and my need to stay healthy.
In the month of April I tried hard to stay healthy, eat healthy and sleep early.
I failed at sleeping early. I kept on trying but my mind has so many things to wonder and ponder. Mostly negative things.
If you see the overall performance in this year then I'm still good. This month I'll focus on sleeping early and eating better.
