My sleep cycle is worst now. I am sleeping very less. My Mom is still in the hospital and she is recovering.

I think she will be discharged today. She is weak and fragile now.

I am a bit busy and trying to manage both my work and my family's needs. It is a bit hectic but I am managing it.

Last night I couldn't sleep again and the weather was really hot. If I can't fall asleep then I'll have to see a doctor and get something to help me fall asleep.

@imransoudagar omg you need to sleep at least 6-8 hours otherwise it will effect on health. Who h application do you use.

Yes, I need more sleep. I'll try to sleep more tonight. I use MI Smartband and it's Zepp app to track my sleep.

This is not a good trend at all. I often have issues sleeping so I have a good idea of how you must feel. Can you try downloading a Rain Sounds app? White noise really helps me sleep when I am having difficulty. I plug in my earbuds and turn on the light rain sound and I am usually able to sleep within 30 minutes or less. Give it a try love
