A cloudy and cold day did not prevent me from taking a long walk in the fresh air. I usually choose a route where there is less public transport and no large crowds. This gives meaningful enjoyment of outdoor recreation, and the opportunity to dream and plan for the future. In a word, nature disposes to positive thinking and treats depressive mood.
