Okra or perhaps known as Lady Fingers, is one of my favourite foods. There is something highly addictive about its gluey inside and slightly firm pods.
Okra can be cooked in many ways, I really enjoy Okra steamed and served with some sesame oil.
Okra is a superfood, slimy but very tasty and offers many nutritional benefits. Eat more Okra, or give it at try. Trust me.
