And they will respond with "you are subject to law. (Or whatever) How do you pleade?" And simply stating you will not answer will not be enough to "throw the ball back". The goal is to not throw the ball back but let them play their ball game and keep the burden of proof on how the game actually applies to you, on them. Being silent is a shot on your own foot too.

He has a group on skype with well trained and experienced people who kill it in court its fantastic and easy. 30 dys and you will have the judge running. I have not had the opportunity to try so myself but have seen tons of videos and heard their roleplays.
I'll look into a roleplay vid when I get the chance to give you an idea. And a newbie in court slamming it for his first time. Beautiful stuff.

And I had two run-ins with cops. Neither time did They take My (unlicenced, unregistered) vehicle, just gave "ME" tickets. I never did show up in court. Wrote one instance up - been meaning to write the second up as well.
I sent Their tickets back to Them, saying that I do not consent to the mess, but under duress I corrected My status and am a secured party/creditor, that the ALL CAPS name is a TRUST... The second time They clearly were looking for Me, and along with the tickets, They gave summons to appear. In My letter the second time, I told Them that, as They were summoning a noncorporeal entity (an absurdity) They can consider the noncorporeal entity present (an equal absurdity).
That was over a year ago, and They now leave Me alone.
I wonder how one can do that here. I don't know the channels for México.
