After the quarantine, at home we still went to bed quite late. Last night in the middle of laughter I was telling my children: you guys think it is still December 31st, because it was already one o'clock in the morning and they were still chatting and not wanting to sleep. Their joy was so contagious that even I lost track of time, but I had to go to the office, so I had no choice but to try to fall asleep.

For a while I resisted having to go to the office, but then I applied the theory that being there is my decision for various reasons and when I forget them, I try to review them to keep a good attitude towards my job.

It was a quiet morning, uneventful, but very useful for communicating to my boss, who is just coming in from annual leave, about developments in my duties, which occurred in his absence. There were few people in the building, so even the temperature was pleasant.

I also had the opportunity to chat with a couple of friends, people with good energy, which is very important. I don't like people who live in the world of complaints, they are usually gray and radiate another kind of vibe. I think we should avoid as much as possible what harms us and that applies to everything.

At noon my husband picked me up and we returned home, we were talking about the ways in which different situations can be handled at work. Sometimes not reacting and letting things go is the best option. I tend to be very reactive and I consider it a weakness that I am learning to manage. I find it better to keep quiet and just observe, so I can notice more details and get less involved. It is very important to be prudent and one way of not being reckless is to shut your mouth, as they say colloquially around here.

And now I am here, in this very special space for me and, in conclusion, I feel it was a good day, although my goals and dreams are much higher than where I am now, every step to get there is valuable and we should be grateful for that, as well as the fact that we are still here, in this plane, we are alive, following our purpose and being the best we can be.
